Since its founding, the core of VITETTA’s work has been with numerous government and other public sector clients, in addition on to providing historic preservation services. As a firm we strive to continue to serve our clients with the highest qualities of design, innovative technologies, level of detail, as well as construction administrative services to ensure the success of each project. Creating long term relationships with our clients spanning decades has secured our future for decades to come.
VITETTA maintains a highly experienced and technically competent staff of 12 with years of public sector architecture and design service. The average tenure of our staff is over 28 years. In addition to our experience with governmental and public facilities, each staff member has supplemental experience with diverse building types. We believe this broad range of experience brings a fresh and innovative approach to each new project we undertake. Working closely with our clients, their administrators, stakeholders, and communities, we define realistic objectives and translate those objectives into building programs responding to present and future needs. Our emphasis on serving public sector clients makes us acutely aware that controlling costs and schedules plays a vital role in our services. We recognize the difficulty most of our public clients have in funding necessary projects. We acknowledge our obligation to not only develop realistic projects conforming to established budgets, but to provide finished projects producing the greatest benefit for the funds spent.
In addition to our work in planning, renovations, additions and new construction, we also have an award-winning Historic Preservation Program. Our preservation work has included the restoration of Burlington County’s Historic Smithville County Park, over 100 projects at the Pennsylvania State Capitol, the exterior renovations of Philadelphia City Hall, Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. Our most recently completed projects include the renovations of the interior of the Rodin Museum and the exterior masonry work at the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C. This work is not limited to strict historic preservation, but also to adaptive re-use and additions. This helps our public sector clients maintain some of their existing building stock and make it work more effectively for their current needs.
VITETTA is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) headquartered in Media, PA in addition to an office in Lemoyne, PA. It has been incorporated since its inception.
